The pool company worked on Thanksgiving to finish the repair on the heater and the leak. The heater will be turned on from 5-9pm each day until it closes for the winter on Nov. 30. The combination for the gate can be found in the owner’s area.
The hot tub is closed currently for repairs. It will probably be a week until the parts come in. Once repaired, it will open until Nov. 30.

Owners approved a maintenance project that will include roof repair to buildings 1-5, updating and repairing sprinkler system and a few other items. Repair on the roof and sprinklers should begin Oct. 1, 2017. Watch for updates. Work will start with the buildings on Highlands Blvd. first.
