Information for anyone staying in a townhouse in the Horseshoe Bay Highlands complex.

Trash

• All trash for our HOA is picked up on Wednesdays.
• All trash must be inside one of the community blue bins located in the fenced trash area. We donot receive individual pickup and no one should have a blue bin in his or her carport.
• Boxes must be broken down and placed inside one of the bins so the lid closes.
• Trash will only be picked up if it is inside a blue bin and the lid closes.
• Please make sure you close the lid completely so that animals will stay out.
• If you have large items, please call the city and ask for a bulk pickup.

Grinder System For Sewer

DO NOT PUT THESE ITEMS IN THE TOILET OR GARBAGE DISPOSAL

• Disposal of non-biodegradable materials down the toilet.
• Feminine hygiene product.
• Disposable wipes.
• Grease or powdered soap scum.

Carports (per city & HOA)

• Only automobiles and bikes can be stored in carports. All other items must be stored inside the townhouse or at a storage unit.

Storage of Items in Common Area

• Nothing can be stored in the common areas. This includes all areas outside of your patio & the walkways.

Balconies Facing the Street

• City Ordinance- Gazebos or other structures, other than an umbrella may be placed on balconies facing the street.

Changes to Exterior Appearance

• Any change to the exterior of your building must be approved by the HOA architectural control committee (ACC). Owners must submit the request. Details on how to submit your request and what is required can be found in the member’s area of the HOA website under Docs.
